Trout fishing White River Arkansas?
My buddies and I are going to the White River Near Gassville,Arkansas. We never been trout fishing and want to use spinning rods. What baits and stuff should we get. Is wade fishing a good way to go? I dont want a guide because of price. We will be goin at the end of May. Also if you know of any free material we could get to read up on it would be great.

Use lures. 4 to 6 inch rapalas. Regular divers or the suspending models.
Top arkansas river bait/lure.
Soft plastic swimbaits. Again, 4 to 6 inches.
Oh… Almost forgot… Use a trout or shad finish. Might even get a big striper.
