What size would be appropriate to fly for saltwater fish (red drum and speckled trout in particular)?

Any I made my life saltwater inshore spinning. I always heard of people fly fishing for salmon, speckled trout, stripers, etc. (by way of the river trout is the most colorful and redfish). Fly fishing is a pleasure to find a rod good and the coil for a good price, but I need to fly. Google and YouTube has solved many of my questions about saltwater fishing fly. BUT I do not know what size would be good to fly. I tend to deal with hooks in the rotation around the 2 / 0 4 / 0 sizes. But all these websites and stores flies in sizes 1 to 4 or 1 / 0 to 3 / 0. So it will be good for regular flights? shrimp imitations? poppers? And advice and pointers would be great. Give me your e-mail or myspace. Love to talk with fishermen about the sport. Thank you for your time:)

4-2/0 size should work fine. shrimp pattern, or like a mickyfin, used a kelly green olive green flash on the glass of the pearl that mimic well Marlins
