I have friends who are flying to U.S. Ottawa to go fishing on ice .. hostel became our warehouse and we canceled because the ice for travel January 25 to 28 …
He found a report dated January 6. Nestor Falls, Northern Ontario Fishing on Lake of the Woods has been consistent. Crappie bite at the same time as the golden. Crow Lake was very good for trout. The ice is great, but Raven is bare ice. Lake of the Woods has a lot of snow. I mean a cold snap is coming. Good luck to you.
