Well, I wondered what flies are best for trout and bass, and what are the pupae of flies?
The best fly to catch would be a black Wooly Bugger. Followed Clouser Minnow or a Bunny Leach drunk. A nymph is the juvenile stage of aquatic insect life. May flies, stoneflies, caddisflies, dragonflies and damselflies are some examples of fly pupae mimic levels.
