Fly Fishing Shops
Bait / tackle shop?
Well, Im a 16 year old year in Michigan, I started tying flies for fishing fly and possibly make my own bait / lures. Mostly just want to start a small store in front of my house and in my shed or garage .. I was wondering if anyone has any idea what I need for this project and if theres something specific I need to have in store for the observed responses
Yes you can do. I was working in a small shop in my home for several years building fishing rods custom for each customer and 2-3 in front of stores in my area. I was able to do this time both full and partial. I assure you there is no problem with local codes of the city on this. Make samples and to know what is doing, you'll be amazed the interest of people show up. Make cards, this can be done on your computer at very low prices. I'll show my work in fairs crafts and local farmers' market on Sunday and I am offering classes in Rod building and repair. Good luck, do not hesitate to contact me for more questions.
