I think you are an interesting concept that could very well be useful, but what the market will bear may take some time to discover. How much would the penalty is difficult to say. Would you be willing to pay for a package? Maybe if I felt the cost was reasonable, and information was available for the water I wanted to fish. One suggestion that would-To the largest, and rivers, has broken into pieces, so that people have the opportunity information for the river, or just the section of its intention fishing. Nobody likes paying for something you do not need or will use. Or rather, specific drill water, perhaps section, based on USGS maps, etc. Good luck with this card, I think there could be a winner.
