How can I attract the flies, black soldier here in North Carolina?

Not sure if you still have them here? I recently discovered the benefits of these small creatures have for our Chinese water dragon. I want to attract and bring them to our CWD, belly toads and fire fish. And no, no can order online. I lost my job and simply can not afford to buy them. I breed worms, crickets, worms flour, wax worms and flies regularly at home now. So I guess my big question is, are in North Carolina? If yes, how do I get in my yard? larvae are called maggots Phoenix

referred to this site continental U.S. for a start! http://ipm.ncsu.edu/AG369/notes/black_soldier_fly.html if you have a compost pile-up, which might seem prudent if the larvae invade the vermicompost system, they can compete and dominate the red worms.
