Im going to steal this night fishing and need some answers to questions in advance?
A) How can I make the knot on the fly? How I tie the knots in my lures for freshwater fishing, but it makes the fly sit side or upside down. (Who I think is not attractive to fish.) B) How long should I let a fly sit before the redesign? C) Once melted how far the line up should be yellow not to scare the fish, and still make the presentation appealing to them? D.) I can only seem to put up about 20-25 feet. Is it more or less normal? Answers some or all of these issues would be greatly appreciated. Please do not answer my questions with questions.

A) depends on the fly. I use different knots for different guys. For the beginner who has not much time to learn new knots, a knot clinch improvement pass. A dry fly sitting on its side is not completely negative. The reverse is not so good. Learn some alternative nodes as time permits. B) You must submit its flights to feeding grounds.
