fly fishing for perch
What are the good fishing lures / baits for monitoring the species?
Since fishing "newbie", I am currently fish in a salt lake infested with tons of fish! Striped bass, alewife (shad), salmon, rainbow spotted / / brown perch and flounder. No pike trout, walleye or lake in this lake. I am interested in finding good ideas for bait. So far, I: Nightcrawlers on a treble hook, Rapala crank baits, bait power, small fish preserved synthetic and deaths, of powerbait mass and eggs (but with little success) and Yum! crayfish. Any suggestions on what else could use? I bought some rooster tails Meeps lures to try, PS (I'm a big billet, as a world record low was made in this area before.) I would try to fly with a shot handset Heavy wet bar. Suggestions? The region north of Cape Breton, Canada.
