Help identifying bamboo fishing / fly rod!?

I found this bamboo fishing rod in a cool Antique Shop really now. It is a badge in the bar was a ball and below it says: "Globe". This is a old bar, probably 80 or 90, very good condition. The strange thing was, the reel is above the cork handle, I never seen a fly rod. I'm sure it's a fly rod, however, very long case, 4 pieces, and get very thin at the top, Well, I do not know why they would make a bamboo cane spinning? anyway if anyone has any information, and what it's worth, I appreciate it. In Indeed, it was like $ 40 at the store. If you are in a pile with a closed container hook and a cork or two. in fairly good condition. What do you think retail value is in good condition?

probably 50 or 60 years. I guess the handle is reversible. stems were constructed for use with many styles of fishing. mainly imported. I guess this is also a relatively cheap imports from China or Japan. The U.S. market has been flooded with a lot of cheap imports from Asia after the Second World War. it was not just them. Many U.S. manufacturers of steel bars and copper in their day, they would have to be used as quality rods and sticks. especially telescopes. but if it is in real good condition, which is a fair price. you get the wooden box with her?)
